Christine is a native of New Zealand who has lived and worked in the United States since 2000.
She worked for NZDB/Fonterra from the mid-1990s, before becoming affiliated with Orrani Consulting in 2008. US positions held with Fonterra included:

- VP Growth & Innovation, DairiConcepts
- VP Business Development, Fonterra Brands
