Brazil: Importing and exporting dairy products

This project, which was undertaken on behalf of a client investing in processing dairy products locally, assesses the impact of preferential trade agreements on dairy supply in and out of Brazil.

So many of our previous projects have focused on the Brazilian dairy market and the food ingredients market – it was interesting to consider Brazil’s potential export position in this work. 

We have worked throughout the South American region on many occasions over the last couple of decades, but few markets in that region are as fascinating as Brazil.
